Business Writing With Impact

Currently we live in an information and service society where business and professional writing skills are essential. Each workday professional people spend an average of two to three hours preparing communications. Whether it’s on paper or transmitted electronically, information must be well organized, well written, user-friendly and must serve the reader’s needs.

Business Writing With Impact will teach the basics of correct business grammar, how to organize and express thoughts clearly, and how to edit writing to create professional documents.

Adults across all businesses and professions who engage in every kind of writing from memoranda and proposals to letters, reports, and e-mails.
