Introduction to Middle Management

Presented by Mike Lair

Managers of supervisors need not only to possess excellent personal communication and decision making skills, they need to be able to clearly articulate goals and then energize their organizations and their staff to meet those goals. Doing so requires an overall understanding of internal and external customers and the exercise of personal organizational leadership skills, planning skills and coaching skills to ensure all customer needs are met and goals achieved through the coordinated efforts of others.

This session is right for results-oriented leaders who wish to:
• build productivity and morale
• increase profits through less rework and more efficiency
