What do voice mail and email communication have in common? Both involve communication that is usually brief, yet vitally important to your work. If your e-mail or voice mail messages are not clear and well organized, they are probably not getting the response you need in order to do your work successfully. Give us one afternoon and we’ll supply you with valuable tips and strategies, along with US business cultural norms, for these two critical forms of communication in the workplace.
