Assignment
Prior to facilitated workshops and achievement of
Black Belt Certificate:
Again, selecting a process at your work,
prepare measureable results demonstrating your facilitation
of a team in their application of Six Sigma. Prepare
to present this to your participant peers
through a facilitated discussion in three weeks
following the black belt classroom work.
Return in an additional three weeks to show final
results of your Six Sigma initiative in a facilitated
learning environment and comment and learn
how other participants in your Six Sigma program applied
these techniques on their specific projects.
